Quaran-Tin Workouts

Home exercises for people who are isolated, elderly, and have low exercise tolerance. Created by Gaby Pimentel, a musculoskeletal clinical specialist physiotherapist in London, England. When the coronavirus struck, Gaby went into isolation and began doing video workouts with her grandparents every day. She realised that other seniors would be faced with a similar situation and began posting the workouts on YouTube. All you need is a chair and some hand weights or soup tins. The workouts take about 20 – 25 minutes each, and she posts new ones frequently.
