Services for French-speaking seniors and their caregivers living in the Greater Toronto Area. Adult day programs in Toronto and Oshawa. Centre for Active Living (33 Hahn Place) offers a wide range of French activities, including themed coffee breaks, yoga, zumba, fitness, watercolour classes, bridge, bingo, reading club, cultural outings and health workshops.
